What VELOUR is

VELOUR is a private luxury concierge. We coordinate arrangements through independent third-party operators: charter companies, captains and crew, aircraft operators, vehicle suppliers, residence owners and managers, and similar providers. We do not own or operate the yachts, aircraft, vehicles, or residences we arrange. Those operators run their own equipment and staff, and remain responsible for their own service, safety, licensing, and insurance.

Our role is logistics and coordination: understanding the request, identifying operators who can meet it, and managing the details around the arrangement. We do not sell, lease, or hold title to any vessel, aircraft, vehicle, or property, and we do not act as a dealer for or a licensed representative of any operator.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve anything and does not create a booking. Nothing is confirmed until your concierge confirms it with you directly and any operator requirements have been met. Availability is verified per request and can change before it is confirmed.

Pricing

This site publishes no rates. Every arrangement is bespoke, and costs, deposits, and cancellation terms are confirmed privately with your concierge before anything is booked.

Operator terms

Each arrangement is also governed by the terms of the operator providing it, including their own cancellation, deposit, damage, weather, and conduct policies. Your concierge will make the relevant terms available to you before you commit.

Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully, to provide accurate information in the inquiry form, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it. You must be 18 or older to submit an inquiry.

Content on this site

Descriptions, photography, and category pages are illustrative of the kinds of arrangements we coordinate. They are not offers of specific inventory, and they do not guarantee that a particular vessel, aircraft, vehicle, or residence is available. We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions.

Intellectual property

The VELOUR name, marks, copy, and design on this site belong to VELOUR and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELOUR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, or from the acts or omissions of third-party operators. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
