VELOUR is a private luxury concierge. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it. It applies to velourint.com and to inquiries sent through it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the inquiry form. That is the service you are interested in, the country and city, applicable travel dates, your party size, your name, email address, and phone number, plus any notes. For private aviation, we also collect whether the flight is one way or round trip. If you arrive through a referral link, its referral code is attached to the inquiry automatically. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on the site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request and coordinate it. Your concierge uses these details to source the yacht, vehicle, aircraft, or residence you asked about, to confirm availability and timing, and to reach you about the arrangement. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your inquiry goes to the VELOUR concierge desk. Where fulfilling a request requires it, we share only the details an operator needs to quote or confirm it, for example passing a date, party size, and first name to a charter operator or a residence manager. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The one thing we store in your browser is a referral code: if you arrive through a partner link containing ?ref=, that code is saved in a first-party velour_ref cookie for 90 days so the inquiry form can credit the correct referrer if you submit one later. The cookie is limited to this site, is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our own business records. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will remove them, except where we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
